The H. Upmann Magnum Finite, originally intended as a 2024 release alongside the Ramón Allones Absoluto and the Trinidad Cabildos, is now available in the UK. The cigar measures 5 1/8” (130mm) x 53 ring gauge and is called a Singulares in the cigar factories of Cuba. This is a unique size within the Habanos SA portfolio, but similar to the Cohiba Ambar, being just two millimetres shorter while sharing a 53 ring gauge.
Each cigar is dressed with a specially designed band bearing the name of the individual vitola and they are presented in luxury boîte nature boxes of 25.
This is the sixth Edición Limitada from the H. Upmann, following the Magnum 50 (2005), Magnum 48 (2009), Robusto (2012), Magnum 56 (2015) and Propios (2018).
It is also the latest addition to Upmann’s ‘Magnum’ line. The classic portfolio contains the original Magnum 46, Magnum 50, Magnum 54 and there has been a host of special releases bearing the name, most recently the Magnum 52, part of the Chinese New Year series.
Hunters & Frankau has represented H. Upmann in Britain since the 1850s and, between 1925 and 1937, owned the factory in Havana as well as the worldwide brand rights. Partly for this reason it has always been a brand with a particularly strong following in the UK
