The 4-star Montague on the Gardens hotel seems to inhabit two worlds. In front, is the British Museum and the hurly-burly of tourist London. To the rear, there's a serene private garden, cut off from the city by a rectangle of fine Georgian townhouses. They have recently added a fantastic heated cigar terrace and offer a superb selection of rare and limited Habanos, as well as some old favourites. Well worth checking out.
