Atmosphere and fact that cigars can bring people together regardless of their religions, race, status or the different points of view they may have. Knowing that it is hand crafted product which needs lots of skills and patience to be made.
Firstly, it was curiosity how cigars are made, from planting seeds to resting in the box. There after pure pleasure of smoking hand crafted product, its aroma, construction and appearance.
It was San Cristobal de La Habana La Fuerza on my first visit to Cuba in 2006.
Try to estimate how much time you have to smoke and choose the right size. Try as many different vitolas as you can, start with light flavour cigars first. If you have the opportunity, try aged cigars. Take your time while you smoking, relax, enjoy.
