Trinidad Robusto Extra Travel Humidor available now

The Trinidad Robusto Extra Travel Humidor has been launched in the UK market and is available from La Casas del Habanos and Specialists in Havanas across the country.

Trinidad first introduced the Robusto Extra in 2003 as part of its classic portfolio and, although it was withdrawn from the range as part of a global brand strategy in 2012, that nine-year period was sufficient to secure a devoted following among discerning smokers.

Therefore, it is an absolute treat for Habanos collectors and connoisseurs that this popular size has made a brief reappearance. But be warned, these cigars will not last long on the shelves.

As with the H. Upmann Magnum 56 Jars released earlier this year, the Trinidad Robusto Extra was originally intended for sale exclusively within Travel Retail stores. However, due to the ongoing travel restrictions caused by the pandemic a small number of humidors have been sanctioned by Habanos S.A. for release in selected domestic markets.

The original release was presented in SBN boxes of 12 cigars but this latest incarnation is housed in a travel humidor containing 14 cigars and is adorned with a unique, additional foot band making them particularly eye-catching and collectible.

The Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” (155mm) x 50 ring gauge and has been blended in Trinidad’s classic, medium-bodied style.
