Smoking Like Churchill in Cuba
The Habanos Festival which is held in Havana in February each year is the most popular Cuban Cigar Event of the year and cigar business colleagues and cigar lovers from all over the world descend on Havana to sample the new cigars and to meet old friends.
For the last two years I have been running trips to the Festival with Sautter the cigar store in Mount street Mayfair and we are always looking to do something different. This year we organised a spectacular dinner on the Thursday night of the festival and invited a few special guests to join Lawrence Davis and the Sautter tour group. After the dinner everyone struck a Churchillian pose as they enjoyed a cigar sitting at Sir Winston’s desk in the study.
