Boisdale have given their Canary Wharf terrace a Cuban flavour this summer, turning it into a Cuban Garden. The terrace was officially opened on Monday 15th June by the Cuban Ambassador Her Excellency Mrs Teresita Vicente Sotolongo and it’s well worth a visit.
As well as palm trees, flowers and lush vegetation there is also a 4-piece Cuban band that will perform live on the terrace on Wednesdays from 6.30pm – 9.30pm with a DJ taking over late sets and treating guests to a selection of Latin tunes well into the night.
Cuban and Caribbean-inspired food will be on offer including: from the barbeque – Midnight street buns with pulled pork, cured ham and Swiss cheese; Tostones – smashed green bananas with salsa verde and Cuban fish cakes with romesco sauce.
Then there are the cigars. Boisdale Canary Wharf offer a comprehensive selection of Cuban cigars including Regional Editions, Limited Editions, aged and rare stock. They have something for every palate, and every budget.
