No.6 Cavendish is a Gold Standard Havana Cigar Specialist which has just opened its doors in the heart of London’s West End.
The new shop has two walk-in humidors, members keeps, a large and very comfortable sampling lounge, a selection of fine spirits available by the glass or by the bottle, a bar and, of course, a comprehensive selection of cigars including many rare and vintage Havanas. The cigars are available individually or by the box.
The people behind this new shop, Ajay and Bhavna Patel are well known to many people within the UK cigar scene, having over twenty-five years experience in the cigar industry and opening the U.K’s first La Casa Del Habano in Teddington over ten years ago. Their Casa remains open and continues to go from strength to strength, as Ajay says; “This is a project we have considered for a number of years, but we felt the time was right and we found the perfect location, so we decided to go for it. The new shop is an addition to our existing one, not a replacement for it.”
The new store is managed by Master of Havana Cigars, Greg Horvath who says; “This is a wonderful experience for any cigar smoker, we have had a very positive response from everyone who has visited us, and this is just the start”
There are plans for a series of Masterclasses to be conducted throughout the coming year and this wonderful shop seems sure to be a huge hit with the cigar smokers of London, as well as those located far further afield.
