All content is posted at your own discretion, although we, Hunters & Frankau, reserve the right to remove any content that we deem unlawful or inappropriate. This includes the following:

1. INAPPROPRIATE / OFFENSIVE CONTENT:
DO NOT posts any of the following content on any part of this forum.

  • RACIST or ANTI-RELIGIOUS word's, image's, video's, audio, symbols, icon's or link's to websites where they can be found.
  • Pornographic words, image's, video's, audio, symbols, icon's or links.

2. Advertising. This site is informative; it should not be used to sell your products OTHER than in the dedicated retailer section of the forum. Any listings/posts in any other area of the site will be removed at our discretion with no warning.
Any content which does not abide with these laws will be removed and we reserve the right to ban you, the user, from further use of the site, either temporarily or permanently.

Abusive behaviour

Any behaviour which we deem to include the following:

  • Antagonizing members for the sole purpose of dragging them into a conflict or threatening situation.
  • Using the Private Messaging (PM's) system to create threatening or abusive situations.
  • Creating threads or posts that is slanderous or libellous to any other member of the forum. Here are the dictionary definitions for both:
    Oxford Dictionary defines:
    Slander: the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.
    Libel: a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation. A false and malicious statement about a person. A thing or circumstance that brings undeserved discredit on a person by misrepresentation.

Will result in a ban from using and accessing the site. The site being defined as www.cigars.co.uk and all other subsidiaries of this.

Forum and site members risk losing their forum and site privileges if they abuse the rules. The result either being a warning, temporary or permanent ban.

We also reserve the right to edit, delete, block, and block anything posted in any section of the website at any time at our discretion. Anything that goes against our rules and Terms & Conditions will result in this action being taken.

Retailers

This site is for the discussion of products made available by us. If retailers wish to use this site to advertise their products they may do so ONLY in the appropriate section in the forum.

Threads selling any kind of tobacco are only to be posted in the Retailers Forum. Retail sales & discount offers from outside companies must speak with the Admin (Please see the contact section.) first, or else your thread may be deleted as spam.
